Home Care provides in-home medical services to clients that
require skilled assistance to help them return to a more independent lifestyle.
We provide nursing services, therapy (physical, occupational, and
speech), and social workers. In many circumstances we also offer home health
aide services.

eligibility
The primary requirements to be eligible for Home Care are as
follows:
The client must be homebound.
The client must require part-time or intermittent skilled services.
