Applegate HomeCare provides in-home infusion therapy by certified I.V. nurses in coordination with the physician, registered pharmacist and a dietician, if appropriate. In-home infusion therapy has been proven to be cost effective and easily tolerated in the home setting.

Infusion Therapy services include:

• Total Parenteral Nutrition
• Enteral Nutrition
• Intravenous Antibiotic Therapy
• Intravenous Antiviral Therapy
• Intravenous Antifungal Therapy
• Vascular Access Device Care
• Hydration / Electrolyte Replacement Therapy
• Patient Controlled Analgesia "PCA" Therapy
• I.V. / SQ Anticoagulation Therapy
• Inhalation / Respiratory Medication Therapy
• Nutrition Assessment and Education
• All pharmaceuticals, supplies and equipment are provided by Applegate to facilitate treatment for the patient and family.

I.V. / Enteral services are available 24 hours a day - 7 days a week.
