Applegate HomeCare & Hospice is a local, family-owned Utah company that has been providing high-quality health care services to our community for over 30 years. We have seven branches servicing the Wasatch Front, Summit County, Box Elder County, Davis County, Wasatch County, Morgan County, and Southern Utah.
Our Management Team
Wes Hansen, Chief Executive Officer
Wes has been in health care administration for over 25 years. He has overseen skilled nursing facilities, assisted living facilities, and independent living facilities. These roles have allowed him to become expert in various areas such as human resources, hospitality, physical facilities and fiscal management. His infectious enthusiasm, personable nature and passion for his work have inspired many of his employees to call him one of their greatest leaders. Wes received a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance with a minor in Economics and Korean from Utah State University. In his spare time he loves to learn, laugh, hike, and read. Mink Creek, Idaho is his center of his universe; when he and his wife Heather are there, things stand still.
Mandy Page, RN Vice President of Clinical Services
Mandy Page was born in Ogden, Utah. She attended Weber State University and graduated with an Associate Degree in Nursing in 1998 and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 2010. Early in her career she fell in love with home health and hospice and therein has been her focus for the past 18 years. The one on one, personal care that home health and hospice provide is at the center of her passion.
Applegate HomeCare & Hospice has benefited greatly with Mandy’s expertise and devotion to her job. She is smart, dedicated and grounded in her passion for home health. She believes the team approach home care and hospice provide allows for better patient outcomes.
Mandy is married to an amazing husband of 30 years and together they have three grown boys, two fantastic daughters-in-law and two adorable grandchildren. She loves the outdoors, trail running, traveling, gardening and reading in her spare time. She is also a huge Disney fan!

Mark Singerhoff, Vice President of Operations
Mark has been in the healthcare administration field for over 25 years. He has spent the last 19 years in the HomeCare and Hospice arena. He oversees the Intake department and the Volunteer Services department for Applegate HomeCare & Hospice. Mark was born in New York and grew up in the rural hills of Upstate Pennsylvania. He attended Weber State where he received an Associate Degree in Art and Human Services. Golf is his “sport” of choice.
